![]() I think there is some vestige of AMDS sitting out there somewhere, but it does not show up on the installed programs list and none of these registry cleaning tools can find whatever it is that is causing the issue. It only gives me the list of what is showing as installed in every other tool. if I had problems installing it, why would it be on a list of installed programs? Same goes when I click Uninstalling. I've also used CCleaner after uninstalling. In the course of trouble shooting, I've done this using windows control panel, and an app called Total Uninstall. and removed everything per the instructions here: Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates But then iTunes never really went away and when it reinstalled, nothing was any different.
